Amp not turning on?

i just got new subs and i hooked htem up to my amp and was ready to go but it didnt turn on.. turns out there is no power coming fromn the battery.. but the car turns on and stuff.. i need help fast please

Make sure you have a proper ground. Make sure there is no corrosion around the positive battery terminal, and that it's got a clean connection. Also make sure you have the remote turn on wire hooked up correctly.
