Amp sub question?

im looking at two kicker 12's that put out 150 rms a piece..wat would b a good match for an amp...i dont really know whether ur sposed to have more wattage for the amp or the sub please help...

  1. that is a perfect match. i would suggest you add a line driver to your set up so that you will not have to crank the gain up on that amp and that will keep your system from clipping. here are three but their are many others.

  2. that amp is perfect but i suspect that setup will leave more power to be desired......please look at some alpine products before you make a decision

  3. Your set up is fine. WIth subs and amp all you do is match the rms wattage so in your case 2 12's at 150 each is 300 so a 300rms amp is perfect. You're on the right track.
