basicals every thing u can do with an amp

or if u can bortherd to explane can u help me find a good site that can tell me....... and just to let u know i learn best by diergrams thanks so much

  1. To Wire an amp: + is your battery positive - is ground and REM is the remote trigger wire from the back of your deck. The speaker wires should hook up (+ to +) and (- to -) Bridging: This is used when you want to take a two channel amp and power one sub. basicly you just hook the wires up to the positive from one speaker output and the negative of the other speaker output, but directions with the amp should help with that. Note: not all amps can be bridged without damage. Channels are a simple was of saying how many speakers it can handle seperately. If you wanted to have your door speakers powered and have control over the volume levels side to side and front to back then you would need 4 channels to handle that, but if you didnt need that control you could have one channel power them if the ohm readings worked out with your amp. Wiring the amp to the sub is just a matter of connecting the + lead from the sub to the + speaker output from the amp. and the - to the -. Have fun enjoying your new equipment.
