Amusment Park on a rainy day?

Question

My family was planning to go to Canadas Wonderland tomorrow. We've been planning this for a couple months now and were very excited, until we checked almost all of the forecasts and they said..

Cloudy with sunny periods - 40-60% chance of showers in afternoon with risk of thunderstorms.

Should we still go.. or try for another day?

see if it is rainy when u get there. if it is not cram as many rides into as little time as possible

YEAAAAHHHH! Canada's Wonderland is the BEST!

Uhh, if it rains, they will shut the ride down until it stops. I went when it was raining, it stopped, so it was all good.

I would still go because it could rain either early before you go or even late when you leave. I would go. I was faced with the same situation when I went to Disney. It raind for maybe 5 minutes and during that time we went to an indoor show and just relaxed for a minute till it stopped. We didn't let the rain spoil our fun.

you should wait till the next day or the day after that.i did the same thing and we got rained out.don't you'll waste ur time

going when it might rain is a risk but it can be a good risk or a bad risk. it could be good if it looks like it is going to rain but doesn't. people won't want to go because they don't want to be out in the rain. less people equals more rides in less time. if it does rain, then the rides might close if there is lightning.  it could all pay off in the end but it is a risk that you have to be willing to take! hope this helped and have fun!! :)

i'd still go. my friends and i went to geuaga lake about 2 yrs back and it ended up raining pretty hard but it just made it better. almost everybody left the park so there were no lines, and riding the roller coasters in the rain just made it all the more fun.

i would try another day, but wait and see what happens with the weather first

It would be really awesome to go but if its gonna rain all the rides will be shut down so i would try for another day.
