An Amazing Proposition?

I need the guidance of experienced people who can help me to develop an idea through my website makeamillionin3months.com. I've spent hours on the site itself, but it's not good enough and I need to change it. The design needs to be more professional - but more importantly the message needs to be clear, and I'm not sure how to put it over.

Please could you look over this site and offer suggestions. I don't mind criticism and I can take straight talk. But I am passionate about the concept of which I am a lifelong student.
