I live in Europe and am not an American however I do like Americans. What I really want to know is why do the American people complain about their nations problems and not do anything about it, continuing to let it become more corrupt, even fascist ? Is American Revolution possibly coming soon?

  1. Although America has its problems and may awaken too late-----you can bet that the British and French have so much to deal with that the demise of these two countries is more imminent from without then is America. Our problems are within by letting socialism take hold and prosper.

  2. Now you know. Look at these answers...

The people have been slowly, slowly, slowly brainwashed. They still believe the media. They still believe the democratic process can help them, even after the enemy is completely in control and rapidly finishing off what's left of The Constitution, our finances, our reputation... everything...  People think having the world's largest prison population is perfectly normal... and boast about the unemployment numbers. Is it good when EVERYONE in a household must work to make ends meet and all of the poor are now called inmates instead?... I guess so...

They still believe "competing" with 3rd world SLAVES for a job doesn't make them 3rd world slaves. They still don't understand this... http://finance.yahoo.com/currency/conver...  The media tells them all kinds of reasons things cost more... but neglects to tell them their money's worthless.

They don't understand that just about everything "our" government "for the people" has been doing for years under ALL administrations is just plain treason.

They don't know that government sponsored terrorism is the oldest trick in the book used to build a police state or get soldiers to fight.

They believe that defending the borders from foreign invasion is "unrealistic". They believe the government is warning us about the "Bird Flu" mutating... not PREPARING us to accept it...  The believe all of these problems coming to a head is an accident and will LOVE the "new world order" that picks up the pieces and "saves" what's left of them.

They still believe the rulers of the world are just kidding about wanting massive population reduction to "save the Earth". No senseless large middle class populations...

I don't know where you live in Europe... I'll tell you that you are now ruled by the EU, either openly or covertly... or your country just isn't considered a threat... The EU is extremely evil and showing their bad intentions all the time.

The people calling for revolution say it will come when they come to take our guns and march us off to the camps. The truth is, very few are self-sufficient these days and most are ill-prepared for an emergency. People will jump at the chance to go to the nice, recently renovated FEMA prison camps... or starve. Perhaps they're hoping for a revolution before it comes to that. It probably wouldn't be too wise to say that out loud... All you can do is try to make people see.

  3. No,

The only real complaint over here is the war. This is not even close to a fascist country. We have more freedom and choice than anywhere. Not to mention we elect a new president every 4 years and the president cannot serve more than eight. Bottom line is our goverment is set up so the people choose who leads it. There wont be a revolution because not enough people are unhappy with things the way they are.

  4. Why do europeans, who are the only people to ever have  facist governments.

Always accuse others of having facist governments ?

Americans would never put up with the government control over thier daily lives, that european governments have over thier citizens.

European police have far more powers than american police do.

Europeans have cameras everywhere watching thier citizens.

Europeans put people in prison, just for what they say.

European governments have far more power over thier media, than the american government does.

So who sounds facist to you ?

Sounds like europe, is still partly facist to me.

Heck, you europeans still have genocides, just like Africa does.

  5. It often feels like it.  Our two political parties have very different ideas as to what these United States should be and I don't believe we can be both. It is amusing to me that our differences are all around issues which have been faced by other Countries already. In Europe, as I understand it, there is movement away from social spending because the Governments have recognized the funding imbalance it creates. In China(the 'Communists') they have very little social spending because they can't afford it. I find it interesting that very few people have done the actual math, if you add up the budgets for Government Health Care Spending(or many other areas of spending) you find we already spend more per capita than many Countries with Universal Coverage. Go Figure!

Some people feel the 'Bill of Rights' was a pick & choose buffet. Each enumerated Right will spark pages of debate. I love my land as much as any Patriot, but it is for the Constitution I have Passion, and I have sworn to support & defend it against all enemies, foreign & domestic.

In the end though, the only geographical divide that kind of exists is between the Urban & Rural, and that is not solid. Any civil unrest could not really coalesce into battle lines, so I think we would just have to work it out. We might go into a 'rough patch' sometime soon and perhaps it will be called a Revolution, but not all out war, I pray not!

  6. People complain, but nothing ever happens because the complainers have no idea what they're talking about, and the ones who make decisions completely ignore them.

makes for a nice section in the history book 500 years from now I reckon.

  7. I doubt it.  America just hasn't figure out how to administer a Pax Americana as the world's superpower, and the time opening to do so is diminishing.

  8. We have our problems just like everyone else - the only difference between us and some other countries is that that there is a process to resolve conflicts -even big ones.

Well there won't be an American revolution- that was over a long time back!

I think I am going to get a lot of flame for an innocuous anwer like this - but free speech is welcome!!

  9. It is more difficult to build a concensus in a large and diverse country.

The US is quite stable. No possibility of a revolution here.  Slow change is the name of the game.

  10. Because there's too many people who disagree on everything here

  11. The chance of a second American Revolution is small at best. The reason for that is the "bread and circuses" factor.

The government has enough lazy self centered ignorant constituents that are happy with Mcdonalds, pizza and watching "Dancing with the Stars" on HDTV to negate the will

of those intelligent enough to see that we are no longer a free country.

People simply are too fat and content with being fat and ignorant to risk their comfort in order to regain freedom.

We have devolved from a constitutional republic through a constitutional dictatorship to what is now in effect a real dictatorship that is destroying this country on  a daily basis.

It is perhaps too late for us.  When we lost sight of the republic concept and accepted the idea that democracy was good we were doomed.  The only question now is how far we will fall into slavery.

  12. Americans criticizes the current leadership but need not have a revolution to change the government because the situation is not critical.

  13. "The US is quite stable."

I totally disagree. The US is completely unstable, I actually ponder if its being done on purpose, either that or its side effects as to the decisions that are being made. Heck the economic shocks in the U.S. is affecting the rest of the world, which that is not at all a good sign.

Something bad is going to happen in the U.S. affecting globally in 2010, I don't know what. I've noticed that all the new unconstitutional laws go into affect at the same time in 2010. Maybe its those unconstitutional laws or a global depression or the SPP aka NAU or WW3 or all four.

I've had very distinguishable dreams in my sleep where the dreams have come real, verifiable by the individuals seen in the dreams which I warned ahead of time. Obviously its verifiable because it still happened or I wouldn't be talking about my dreams coming real.

  14. No revolution is for the young and our population like Europe is aging quickly (if you don't count the mexicans and they are afraid of being deported)

  15. We're not becoming fascist.  You've been watching too much BBC.  Why don't Europeans do anything about the problems in Europe?

  16. Future generations may be.

  17. Yes, if more people protested and were interested in politics like they were in the 60's, this country would be better run already.

Unfortunately, football and tv have gotten in the way.
