  2. You should go about it without hesitation.  Call the Canadian Immigration Service.

  3. You need to find an employer to hire you, or apply as a skilled worker or Provincial Nominee.

Right now, Alberta and Saskatchewan are provinces actively seeking employees from outside of Canada.  Your best bet is to find a company located in one of those provinces, or apply through the Provincial Nominee Program.  This would allow you to move to the province, find a job and sponsor your family.

    Consult the Canadian government website:

    http://www.cic.gc.ca

    The Alberta Immigration Website

    http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration

    Saskatchewan Immigration Website

    www.immigration.gov.sk.ca

    or

    Canada Immigration: http://www.immigroup.com & http://www.canadaimmigrationlaw.net

  4. If you have arranged employment, your employer should be dealing with all this.
