According to Italian sports daily, Tuttosport, there are no big teams in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 who are looking to sign the striker. However, the publication claims that Italian Serie B side, Torino have been regularly sending emissaries to Montpellier in order to asses
Giroud’s performances. The report further claim that Torino will make an official offer for the striker when the summer transfer window opens.
Currently, the Turin side is in 2nd place in the Serie B standings and are on the verge of rubbing shoulder with Italy’s elite once again.
And to celebrate this unlikely comeback in style, the Giampiero Ventura led side is keen on signing a big-name player in the summer transfer window. The challenge is attractive, but against other proposals, which will definitely come down knocking on Giroud’s
door, the Turin side might find it hard to convince the striker.
