An Official Poultry list???

Question

I am in charge of a rabbit and poultry barn at a New England fair I am looking for somewhere where i can find an official list of all breeds and colors of poultry, i would like to know what colors are really real and what ones people kinda make up. every year i get breeds of poultry with colors that never went with that bird and i dont know if they are officially aloud to be that color and entered in.

In short i just need an official list, thanks

I strongly doubt that there is AN official list. And you're probably capable of evaluating what I've found way better than I am--particularly for your purposes.
