An Overview of NFL Week 9 (Part 5)

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cincinnati Bengals
The final game of Week 9 pitted the Steelers (6-2) against the Bengals (2-6), with the Steelers winning, 27-21. Pittsburgh’s passing leader was Ben Roethlisberger, who threw 17-27 for 163 yards and 1 TD. Rashard Mendenhall was the rushing leader, running

Cincinnati’s leader in passing was Carson Palmer, who went 22-36 for 248 yards and 2 TDs, while Cedric Benson led in rushing with 18 carries for 54 yards and 1 TD. Terrell Owens led in receptions, with 10 for 141 yards and 2 TDs.
The Steelers gathered 314 offensive yards in 32:19, while the Bengals had 272 yards in 27:41. Both teams had 2 turnovers each.
Pittsburgh scored 10 points in both the first and second quarter, and 7 in the fourth, totaling 27. Cincinnati scored 7 in the second and 14 in the fourth, for a total of 21.
Week 9 Review
The Denver Broncos, Tennessee Titans, St. Louis Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, and Jacksonville Jaguars all had a bye week in Week 9 and will play in Week 10 against the Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers, St. Louis
Rams, Philadelphia Eagles, and Houston Texans, respectively.
