An Unknown Audio File is Playing!?

I was listening to some music when I heard a stand up track. I of course thought it was just some ad so I tried to locate it on my windows. I found no add so I just closed out of Firefox but it continued to play. As I type now this audio is playing and I can't stop it! Help! It's sooo annoying
