An alternative view of Utd vs Celtic?

My dad and mum got hospitality at tannadice for this one on account that my mother works in the chemo ward at Ninewells it wasna until later she told me there were extra places that i could've had. Anyway the first have both teams as CL says canceled one and other out! ...... lets cut the cr@p there is only one talking point that matters even the "pundits" including the celtic "pundits" on the radio after the game were trying to remember the last time another team had a controversial decision in there favor against either of the old firm do they need to bring out a mallet and bluget a United player for us to get a pen I'd go aff to if i was the match ref after that howler! Even the old firm fans are starting to admit there's a problem for christ sake and these people want a wage increase!

even Dougie Fordice would have given that pen today (for Dundoinians only)

Utd though were played alot better this week i think Dods days are numbered I dont see CL ever dropping Kenneth again, flood had a poor game by his standards the two front men look like will grow well together but when Sandaza is fit I'm sure he will start good to see conway back init.

If we played with a quarter of that passion today on monday night we would have beat hamilton who are proving no mugs.

2nd place mabe not out of reach after all huh?

i must admit it is getting to be a bit on the embarrassing side now and getting beyond the laughing stage as well and this is from people who want a wage increase also if united had started the game the way they finished the game they would have had all 3 points

I think the penalty decision could have went either way, 50% of refs would have given it, the other half wouldn't have. The player went down a little too easily for me. As for Celtic getting all the decisions what about the corner McGeady won in the first 10 mins that wasn't given or the offside decision against McDonald (again) when he was clearly several yards onside, granted Zaluska stopped it but the rebound was up for grabs. There could also have been a possible penalty decision going Venegoors way.

I still think Utd will finished 3rd this season or even break the Old Firm, saying that the Accies are off to a flyer and stranger things have happened in football.

If refs are going to help any teams in scotland should it not be teams out with the old firm ? it would maybe help close the gap, i,e yesterday at tannadice if utd had got the penalty they would be closer to celtic in the table......instead celtic get the decision ( again ) and rather than utd being level on points with them they are 3 behind.........refs in scotland are an absolute disgrace.

Ok it was a penalty but it should have been a foul just before outside the box.

Not the only decision missed, Venegoors bear hug on Wilkie in the box not given, stone waller. Calldwell 2nd hand ball in the box not given.

Celtic should not expect to get the rub of the green any longer as they have exhausted that line of help.

Due to being with Mini Charlie yesterday, I didn't see the match, but I read today that Strachan lambasted the ref.

If this is the case that opposing managers are openly stating that officials are indeed making howlers left, right and centre, then it becomes imperative that we salary the officials, make them accountable and start raising the calibre of our referees.

All teams should start believing they can beat the two teams from Glasgow, even if they do have to beat the referee as well. Then they WILL be beaten more often and another team or teams could win the league.

ah heard craig levens interview after the game and he thought the ref only made 1 mistake in the hole game .......   granted it was the penilty as i only heard the game on the radio i cant comment but the radio guys thought cauldwell was fouled 1st .....  ah think the arabs have to start playing like that every week and not just when the old firm come calling and they might come 3rd and no better than that
