  1. Best advice to you is to go to the Irish Defense Force's Website and contact them. Try to google Irish Defense Force Recruiter (I'm assuming it is a voluntary Force). But contact the people that you want to join with for the best information. All you are going to get here is idiots that think they know everything , and idiots bashing you for your past. And thats coming from a Cop *LoL*.

  2. I could tell you the ins and outs in regard to your question easily.

The US charges could be dealt with if you moved. Using Eireaan, your obvious anger and so many words that end up as astericks...... you would not make it anywhere.

It is time for you to chill, take a deap breath and relax. I mean that with the best intent. Ask again in a relaxed manner.

  3. dual citizenships entitles you to serve in one or the other, and sometimes both.  Just not at the same time lol.

To the marine below.  Dual citizenship means just that, having citizenship in two countries.   The option is there to serve in one, and sometimes two (I've met many) services as long as their records are clean lol.    Waiting two years is a ploy buddy--he doesn't want to deal with you.  You can't get it in even with a waiver into the US Army so forget that.   Maybe your other citizenship is more lenient.

  4. Well you will Automatically lose your US Citizenship...

    That is a Fact...

A US Citizen cannot join any Foreign Army...

Either you are an American or not ??

Must say I would much rather have a Convicted Felon living

Ireland then in the US of A...

    They are welcome to you...
