An athletes diet, what do athletes eat?

im doin my homework, i have to research & make a list of like, what an athelete would eat for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

ive looked just aboat every where for some answers, & Smack, Bang i can't find one! can you plz help me?

  1. It depends on what the gender is and what the age is.

    A 14 year old boy is probably not going to be following any diet while a 25 year old woman would. Besides isn't the point of working out all day losing weight and you don't want to lose too much so you can eat whatever.
