The Kerala State home Department Attestation Section located in Secretariat building in Trivandrum only.

hope, the attestation you are going to do is for any visa purpose abroad. So it is better to go though the NORKA office(Trivandrum, Ernakulam, & kozhikkode in Kerala). you may check their website for further details.

Dear Good morning,

      Any person verified their birth certificate in Kerala govt secratriate,  in Health depts please bring original copy from authorised perso and also bring original documents.
