An easier way to remember state capitals and state locations?

i need a way or website or whatever to help me to remember state capitals and be able to locate the states on the map! please help!

it won't teach you US states, but world capitals become easier to remember.

Look at a map, locate Capitals and States, then get a visual picture in your mind of their names and where they are.  Check the map again, and as you keep practicing this, you will then know by memory visual recall what their names are, and where they are located.
