An easy way to loose weight PLEASE?

i need to loose some weight on my stomache and hips.

im quite big boned but im not huge,

is there anyway in loosing the fat off your stomache and hips?

what exercise?

food?

please help:)

  1. The only one way to LOSE weight, is a healthy reduced calorie diet, and regular vigorous exercise. The 'big boned' thing is an urban myth..Generally used by big people as an excuse for being overweight (bring on the thumbs down, I don't care!)


  2. Only easy way is liposuction...well the quick way anyway. Diet and cardio is also easy, it just takes time. You won't lose weight overnight or in a few days, it takes time. Avoid sugars, sodas, foods high in fat, junk food, etc. For cardio, you can go running, jogging, walking, biking, swimming, etc. If you can add some weight-lifting, it helps boost your metabolism.

  3. Your gut is where your intestines are, You should drink fresh juices and eat raw produce (fruits and veggies) for a while and clean out. The key to losing weight is discipline. Create a shcedule of sit ups, aerobics and light veggie meals and snacks to increase motabolism, starving trains your body to conserve fat.

    By eating raw produce you will absorb enzymes that will help your motabolism boost.

    There is many different ways but the raw foodist life style is the best in my opinion couple with detox. That is used buy a lot of holistic patients in overcoming disease. I lost 50lbs in 40 days doing that but it was expensive. I actually got smarter that year also. Straight A's.

  5. The bad news is that so called dieters, who are effectively looking for something to lose weight for them in fact seem doomed to fail with 2 in actually ending up HEAVIER n the longer term. Weight loss, toning and fitness just can't happen without willpower and commitment it seems!

    The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day.
