I"m looking for a simple way to submit my sites or advertise .Any suggestions would be a real help. Or any ideas on advertising these sites.

In addition to the other tips suggested, I'd recommend submitting your site to http://directorix.net and get a free link.  You'll also find regularly updated articles to help improve your search engine performance.  Hope this helps.
