How about - if you live somewhere that doesn't produce enough food then either move somewhere that does, if you can't do that, then dont have kids?

  1. We simply need to get to grips with the issue of population control. The exponential increase in the human population over the last century is a much more serious threat to our environment that climate change.

    Population figures

    1800 - 1.0 Bn

    1900 - 1.5 Bn

    1960 - 3.0Bn

    2000 - 6.0Bn

    2006 - 6.7Bn

To house, clothe and feed, provide water, energy, employment and transport for this exploding population, and at the same time reduce our effect on the environment, just doesn't add up

  2. Those living in 'rural' areas all over the world, have nothing with regards to worldly goods, places to go or money to shop - therefore the saying I believe sounds something like  'a poor man's riches lies in his children ... '  The majority would'nt touch a condom no matter what one tells them in order to educate same.  Suffering children (because of these types of problems) will always exist - unfortunately.

  3. we cannot only blame world hunger from having too much population.

there are countries that do have a huge population but still there very few in their place went starving.

for me it is also the result of the laziness of the individuals.

they don't like to work. they do not want to go to school for education. And if they do love work, the country is not providing opportunities to make their lives more better.

birth control is also okey ....

  4. Yep your right! its called lack of education

  5. exactly right, maybe we should send them lots of condoms instead of lots of food! or perhaps both! haha!

  6. well said they should give out contraception not bloody food whats the point in helping people who keep having kids who are the only ones suffering :-)

  7. If only it was that simple!!! You really need educating!!

  8. Hunger is, unfortunately increasing -

more than half the world is starving to death!

(The reality of that is ghastly).

And the birth rate goes up everytime there's a powercut...

    I blame politicians.

They are mostly a LAZY, over-fed, greedy, selfish bunch of prats. The solutions are at their finger-tips.

But they play games, with other people's lives instead of helping.

Grow food in backyards, to start the new (better) world,

    and spread the word...

cos "it" has simply got to suceed

to rid us of these bad, bad times.

So don't be sheep to the slaughter! Life should NOT be a struggle.
