An equalizer program to make songs sound like an epicenter?

There is a program that enhances your music files so when you burn them into a disc it sounds like you have an equalizer in your system does anybody know the name of the program or something cloes to it thanks

my friend you are mistaken - there are softwares which enhances the music(in your words equalize) when it is played, not burnt into a disk.

a disk is just a storage device which will store whatever data is presented to it.

i am sure somebody gave you wrong information!

what is the purpose you want that software - do add more detail and i will edit my answer.
