An error keeps coming up

An error keeps coming up on initial boot up. The error 0211 key board error is displayed, you can not access the setup menu or anything as the key board will not work.The make and model fujitsu siemens esprimo edition p2510 model M13w-D480 any help would i would be gratful.Thank you
