An evening of triumphs and defeats were witnessed at Hall Green on 4thApril, 2012
Hall Green hosted some of the most exciting races on 4th April, 2012. The evening had moments of exciting victories along with some poignancy with race upsets.
The Grade OR Ladbrokes Blue Riband - Heat 5, at 12:47 GMT, was a magnificent race with brilliant results.

Jaytee Pedro, trained by Kelly Findlay, demonstrated his exquisite talent on the track as he defeated, Farloe Titan, by a tremendous difference of 13 ¼ lengths.
The son of Wheres Pedro, out of Mercury Queen, whelped in March 2010, entered the race with odds of 6 to 4, and stormed through the track.

He completed the 480 metre track in 29.42 seconds, whereas Farloe Titan finished in 30.48 seconds. The third place was secured by, Kinda True, in 30.66 seconds.
The Grade OR Ladbrokes Blue Riband - Heat 1 was taken by Young Sid, who raced as a favourite with odds of 8 to 11. The son of Killahan Phanter, out of, Marwood Review bolted through the 480 metre track and completed it in 29.13 seconds.
The P. Young’s hound showed fervour and enthusiasm as he raced. He defeated Jaytee Ray, also trained by P. Young in by 3 ¾ lengths. Aherlow Shaw landed the third place in 29.51 seconds.
Kevin Hutton’s, Glenbane Air, also demonstrated his talent on the field, as he downed the Grade OR Ladbrokes Blue Riband - Heat 2. With the odds of 7 to 1, he was considered as the long shot, but still conjured us some sharp pace to down the race.
The son of Pacific Mile, out of Hondo On Air, defeated Corren Price's Swan Storm by 1 ¾ lengths. The third place position was taken by Bandicoot Fionn, who fell ¾ length behind the runner-up and finished in 29.70 seconds.
Sids Dream, who entered as a favourite with the odds of 6 to 4, finished in fifth place in 29.78 seconds.
The Grade OR Ladbrokes Blue Riband - Heat 6 belonged to Graigues Orchard, who is trained by Stuart Mason. He did justice to his status, as race favourite and defeated Doctor Robert by a short-head in 29.97 seconds.
