  1. Doesn't seems like there is full question. Is it intended to chose one of the answers like a,b,c, or d as true/false?

    a false - non-commercial program

    b false - sponsoring in may cases is anonymous.

    c false - non-commercial program

    d true - there could possibly be some profit for businesses involved.

    It's actually called event marketing.  Not sure why they would use the word "planning."
