I would suggest you to go to a college where they have studying abroad in many countries that includes the Phillipines, where you'll be able to stay there for a semester. BUT it depends what class your in. like lets say u were in an art class and u wanted to study abroad, well they would most likely recommend u to go to France because its the only place where they hold art classes. so basically like look up colleges that has these opportunities
