No: 15, Carmelo Anthony- Denver Nuggets
Despite being surrounded by trade rumours, Melo has made it to the All-Star game this year for the fourth time. The 26-year old recorded a season-high 50 points in an encounter with the Houston Rockets held on 7 February.
No: 3, Chris Paul- New Orleans Hornets
The 25-year old plays point guard for the Hornets and this will be his fourth appearance at the All-Star Game. The player claimed the NBA Rookie of the Year award in 2006. He has recorded an average of 16.2 points this season.
No: 11, Yao Ming- Houston Rockets
The fans selected the 7’6” Chinese player aka The Great Wall, who they love despite his injury. He received the highest number of votes despite appearing for just five games in the NBA season 2010-11.
 The player cannot make an appearance in the All-Star game due to his rehabilitation following the surgery. Yao averaged 19.7 points in the previous season and had an average of 10.2 points in the five games he played this season.

Emanuel David “Manu” Ginobili is the only Argentinean/Italian present in NBA. The three-time NBA champion will be making it to the NBA All-Star game for the second time in his career.
The 33-year-old was awarded the NBA Sixth Man of the Year award in 2008. The player has made an average of 17.9 points this season.
No: 16, Pau Gasol- Los Angeles Lakers
The quick and athletic 30-year old, who has been setting the courts on fire this season, will be playing the All-Star Game for the fourth time in his career. He is a two-time NBA champion and was awarded the NBA Rookie of the year award in 2002.
No: 32, Blake Griffin- Los Angeles Clippers
Griffin plays in the power forward position mostly. The 21-year old player will enter the All-Star game for the first time in his two year old pro-career. The player has averaged a whopping 22.8 points this season.
No: 42, Kevin Love- Minnesota Timberwolves
The 22-year old will experience an All-Star game for the first time in his career. Love, known as the “Rebounding Machine” of the NBA is without any doubt one of the most competitive players present in NBA.
The 6’10” tall player is the top rebounder in the NBA. The player has averaged 21.1 points and 15.5 rebounds this season.
No: 41, Dirk Nowitzki- Dallas Mavericks
The 32-year old was awarded the MVP award back in 2007. The player also won the NBA 3-point shootout contest in 2006 and will make it to the All-Star game for the tenth time in his career.
No. 0, Russell Westbrook- Oklahoma City Thunder
It will be the first time that the 22-year old will appear in an All-Star game since he joined the NBA in 2008. He was also a part of the All Rookie Team in 2009. Westbrook has averaged 22.2 points this season.
No: 8, Deron Williams- Utah Jazz
The 26-year old point guard will be playing the All-Star game for the second time in his career. The player stood victorious in 2008’s Skills Challenge Contest and has been a part of the NBA Second team as well. He has an outstanding average of 21.3 points
per game.
