An old restaurant somewhere

Back in the late 1960's and early 1970's my grandmother used to take me to a place called the Chicken Koop. I do not recall where it was because I was too little at the time to fathom distances. I don't believe it took my grandmother long to get there from her house in Commack,Long Island, NY. Well, anyway I really need to know if that place is still around and does anyone remember a place called the chicken koop? They had the best fried chicken I ever had and they had live music, usually an acoustic guitar player playing country songs. A supermarket with large animated stuffed farm animals was right next store. These make believe characters would sing and move while you did your food shopping! It was definitely out of the ordinary! Anyone know this place?

That's pretty way back, but anyways i found this maybe it helps. Just its not in New York its Florida but that's all i found.
