  1. Don't join any weight loss program. Try to reduce by doing exercise on regular basis. Ma cousin has lost 20 kgs weight in 3 months by doing jogging daily. You need to control ur diet too. Don't eat much at night. It's the another big factor of behind weight gain problem.
