  1. No, it means you have to be certified.


  2. This means someone who already has certification or is in the process and is in the position to start. For example, if you don't yet have a bachelor's degree and you need a master's, then you are not qualified for this.

  3. In California this means Master of Library Science or enrolled in the Master's program.

  4. no. It doesnt mean they will train you. certification is a masters degree - they want someone with it or in the process of getting it.

  5. I believe they want you to either have your certification or to be in the process of obtaining it.
