An "Idiots Guide" to transferring pics without a SD card?

I have a Samsung S73 Pink Digital camera with 7.2 megapixels and the only way i have to transfer pictures from my camera to my lap top is by the SD card. The camera can take pictures when the SD card isn't in-which is what I did (on accident). I would like to transfer those pictures to my computer but without them being on the SD card I don't know how. So, Is there anyway to transfer the pictures to the SD card now that the SD card is in or is there a way to send them to my computer without the an SD card?

Download the images via USB to your computer. The S73 comes with a USB cable to go from the camera to a computer, even the pink one. The manual will show you how to connect the USB cable to the camera.

Can't you just plug it in via USB? It should be plenty easy after that.
