http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mehdi-Carcela-c25122 is clearly frustrated by Eastern European football and could leave Anzhi this summer as Ligue 1 clubs monitor his situation
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Christopher-Samba-c9212 also joined the side from Dagestan in recent times.
If these players were very much involved in the club’s qualification for Europa League, Moroccan international Mehdi Carcela saw most of his time spent on the bench. Last season, the youngster made just eight appearances and only three stars.
Last summer, the youngster suddenly decided to end his time at Belgian side Standard Liege to join Makhachkala.
However, his time at the Russian side has been a torrid one to say the least and the Belgian-born Moroccan international is keen on ending his spell with the cash-laden side. Reports in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850 claim that Anderlecht are keen on offering the youngster an
escape from his troubles.
While talking to Foot Magazine, Carcela said that he is not closing a door on a return to Belgium even if it would mean him joining his former club’s bitter rivals.
“I can say that there is not contact with these two clubs at present. That said, I do not close the door on anyone. Skipping Standard for Anderlecht? Why not if the club is going to the same direction as Standard and if it’s the last option. Eto’o went to
Barca from Real.”
However, the youngster says that he is not at all worried about his future despite a difficult campaign. The midfielder then went on to reveal that there are French, English and Italian clubs interested in him and he will analyse his situation before making
a decision.
Reports claim that the likes of LOSC Lille and AS Saint-Etienne are keen on signing the player along with the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and Seville.
Though his time at the Dagestan side was a forgettable one, Mehdi Carcela has all the talent in the world to make a comeback. Lille are also looking for two or three new midfielders and could possibly make a bid for the Moroccan come the summer transfer
window.
