An unfit Zaheer Khan will put Indian attack under pressure – Michael Clarke
The Australian captain Michael Clarke said on Thursday that an unfit Zaheer Khan would put the rest of the Indian bowlers under pressure in the upcoming four-match Test series starting in Melbourne next Monday, December 26, 2011.
Speaking to reporters at the commencement of the three-day batting camp at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Clarke said that the tourists have been struggling with niggles to their bowlers; however, he said that an injury to spearhead pacer Zaheer Khan could
be a huge blow for MS Dhoni-led Indian side.
"The Indians have struggled with a few injuries to their bowling attack, and they will need Zaheer Khan to be fit otherwise there will be a lot of pressure on the other Indian bowlers,” said the 30-year-old middle-order batsman on Thursday evening.
With less than a week to go for the Boxing Day Test match, the fitness of Zaheer Khan is a cause for concern; however, the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 Chairman’s XI at Canberra on Wednesday, in which he bowled
