  1. I like her aswell

  2. Yeah, well,Ana is just not herself at the moment. She better pull together before Roland Garros. This is her chance! With Henin quiting tennis she could become the new number one.

  3. They have good times and bad times. Deal with it.

  4. Nobody cannot maintain the same level of game throughout  so many week, especially so young! I think it's kind of good for her to exit so early because she now has enough time to prepare herself for upcoming Roland Garros. Go ANA!!!

  5. I think it was just a bad day for her.  Pironkova is a player who gets a lot of balls back, and you really can't make 59 unforced errors against her and expect to win.  Venus lost to Pironkova in the Australian Open 1st round in 2006, also making a ton of errors.  Still, Ivanovic is going to be one of the favorites at Roland Garros.

  6. No I've been saying it since day 1 she is a decent player but not a Top 10 and especially not a Top 3 she is way too over rated. The Serbs are Hott for her since she is Serb and guys are Horny for her since she posed nude in a magazine. She is a chubby lil chic with a cute face and pleasant smile who can be cruel at times.  As for her tennis skill she is decent at best and her time at the top is over. If you look at Jelena Jokovic with all the tournaments she plays, almost twice that what others play she should be ranked #1 but based on talent she isn't and won't ever be. They have had their time in the spotlight and the sunshine. Now reality is setting in.

  7. I think she needs to stop letting her nerves get to her.

  8. I hope she gets back on her feet, cuz she is an excellent player, and she knows it!!! I luv u ANA!!!

  9. she's losing her confidence since last week...

she played better last year on clay than this year!

  10. Well the simple fact of the lose is that Pironkova just played with more confidence.  Ana was simply out played.  She has a great game for the clay courts, and it was a surprising lose... but she hasn't played much lately and needs a little more time to adjust to the clay.

As for your other comment...Ana is going to make many more unforced errors because she plays such a big powerful game.  She is the one winning or losing her matches most of the time.  When she's on she wins, and when she's off she loses.  She needs to find a way to win even when she's off, like Sharapova and the Williams' have been able to do.

  11. i didn't get a chance to watch the match because of school. but i followed it on the wta website's live score, point by point and i couldn't believe it. i don't know what's going on with her either but she needs to figure it out and pull herself together for the Grand Slams that are coming up.

  12. I agree with Terminator.  She's a cute girl, and everyone likes her, but she's not really all that consistent. She does have the mental toughness, but then she sometimes loses it and can't convert to win.
