Anaerobic and Aerobic exercise warm up ideas?

I am doing p.e home work and for it we have to explain a warm up for Anaerobic exercises and for Aerobic exercises. We have to mention the reason why the warm ups are different.

  1. Dynamic warm up and dynamic stretching are good for anaerobic exercise such as soccer, which is mostly using the anaerobic system . this should be sport specific

    a good exercise for aerobics would be jogging for 5 or ten minutes to increase the body temperature in order to do an aerobic activity such as aerobics or jogging
