Anaheim will be looking to bounce back from this defeat at home against Buffalo and they will favourites to pick up the win.
Centre Rod Pelley said after the game.
"It's a grind for every team. Every game is a playoff-atmosphere game and we're in a position where we can't have a night off or be sluggish or not have energy. Unfortunately, we can't afford that right now."
Sabres (27-27-8, 62 pts)
Buffalo’s three game winning run came to an end on Saturday, against Eastern Conference table toppers New York Rangers.
