will analog cable ever be gone? what is the price diff. between analog and digital cable for Time Warner Cable

Yes. As of February 2009, all broadcasts will only be in digital. There will be no analog broadcasts.

if you pay for cable tv you will not need to do anything.

if you have some tv's not connected to cable after Feb 09 you will need a digital converter box as analog signals will not be broadcast..
