Analog or DVB-T which one is better for my dvd recorder?

Question

Iv just baught a DVD recorder and i can plug my areial into the Analog or DVB-T socket.

Is this right? DBT-T is digital signal is Analog an old signal?

DVB-T the freeview signal as the old analoge signal is going to be switched off by 2012 and this way when you record on to DVD the picture will be so clear to copared to analoge.hope this has helped
