Bettor.com analyzes the front-line and right wing in the last and 4th part of this feature series.
Midfielders:
Right-Wing:

Having been adorned by the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Beckham-c10432 and George Best, the right flank at Old Trafford is truly a club icon.
While http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734 departed, Sir Alex Ferguson chose to sign Antonio Valencia from Wigan and the Ecuadorian has gone to cement his place in the line-up, becoming one of the best players in the country in the process.
As a traditional winger, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 pumps in crosses in abundance and has recently added a goal scoring prowess to his game as well. United’s player of the season in 2011/12, the 27-year-old is likely to be the undisputed starter when it comes to playing on
the right.
However his own abilities may threaten his role in the team, as Ferguson has opted to play him as a right-back on several occasions, a gamble which has played off quite well.
And if Rafael doesn’t start the campaign, Valencia could be playing as a full-back against Everton on the 20th of August.
Up-front, Luis http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nani-c27299 has disappointed and delighted in equal measure, meaning that there is a high possibility that he could start against the Merseysiders, despite some below par performances in the last couple of friendlies.
Shinji Kagawa is also a decent option, but owing to his control on the ball and preference for a pass, he is likely to be given an attacking role behind the strikers, unless an emergency forces him on the flank.
Likely starter: Antonio Valencia

Attack is where Sir http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson’s strength lies. The veteran Scot has a number of strikers at his disposal and is likely to have major headache when it comes to naming his starting line-up.
Rooney is obviously the first-choice starter and one of the first names on the team sheet. And while he has proven himself to be a predatory goal machine, a trequartista role suits him best.
Last term, the former Evertonian was in scintillating form, linking up with his teammates and influencing proceedings alongside his career high tally of 35 goals.
Choosing his partner is where the problem really lies. United have a host of options and out of them http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Everton-c13019, while Javier Hernandez is also raring to go and was given a break during the summer.
The Mexican has proven his abilities at the highest level and with the tag of the ‘New Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’; he certainly has the potential to become an Old Trafford legend.
While his future at the helm remains certain, Dimitar Berbatov and Fredrico Macheda are the ones who need game time the most, as they look to resurrect their fallen careers.
Both of the front-men have been hailed at one time or another in Manchester, with Macheda making a scintillating impact on his debut against Aston Villa. Berbatov on the other hand has been tested much more rigorously and was once the team’s top scorer in
the Premier League.
However their misery has been compounded with the emergence of Welbeck and Macheda looks likely to go on loan, while Berbatov is poised to sign for another club, but nothing has been affirmed yet.
Likely starters:
