    Multiple tissues can make up one organ. Cells make up tissue and molecules make up cells.

  2. The highest in the order is the organ, preceded by the tissue, then the cell and the molecule.

    Anyway, in our biology classes, there comes an intermediate level between the molecule and the cell, the organelles. Examples of it are the nucleus, the ribosomes etc., which functions as "organs" of the cells.
