Anatomy/Physiology.... Help?

Question

Can someone please tell me the following information of these muscles(internal oblique and deltoid) or where can I find this information at: location, Function, Shape, Direction of Fibers, number of heads or divisions, points of attachment, and size of muscles.

I know that this is asking for alot of info. but I need help with this.....

if you have access to a Grey's anatomy book you should be able to find it. I think the i-obliques are the upper stomach muscles and the deltoids are the ones on the side of upper body.   I dont know the rest w/o hitting the books.
