suppose damage has occured on supro medial part of spinal nucleus of trigeminal nerve.which region of the face would be denervated in the affected side?why?

  1. I think your terminology may be unclear. Are you talking about the space between the superior and medial vestibular nucleus? The effected area of the face would be relative to the location of the nerve compression. I have included a site to help illustrate that the nerves function bilaterally. An outside source would be needed to create a unilateral effect.
