  1. Quote

"The Chinese Monocycle. Li Yongming, left, and Zheng Jun demonstrate commercial monocycles during a promotion in Beijing in 2003 (?). The monocycle was designed and built in Xian in China’s Shanxi province, and is said to sell for 2,888 Chinese yuan (approx $350)."

My reply is a quote from this website:

    http://www.impactlab.com/2006/11/27/hist...

The photo in the website shows monowheels very similar to those used in the closing ceremony at Beijing.

  2. It is called a monowheel. They havent been around for long, but are becoming quite advanced pretty fast.

  3. The exact same mono-wheel you can get if you just write to me.

Soon (about mid of September 2008) there will be a website, where you can get more information about the mono-wheel, it will be www.monovelo.com

You also can write to info@monovelo.com

The price is 1'990 USD plus shipping and handling.

    Thank you!
