Carlo Ancelotti is only paid to manage Chelsea Football Club, not to be a full-time babysitter for his players. All his senior players are adults and should be able to make the right decisions in their lives without the help of their manager. It’s refreshing to hear that the Italian is only interested in on-field matters.
