Les Parisiens’ manager has urged his team to transfer their Champions League form to Ligue 1 as well. The tactician wants to team to play with the same attitude they had in their last fixture against FC Porto.

Carlo Ancelotti has been delighted following Paris Saint-Germain’s victory against Portuguese giants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186, in the Champions League. And now the manager wants his players to exhibit the same level of performance in the Ligue 1 as well. Ancelotti wants
Les Parisiens to secure all three points against their Evian TG, whom they’ll be facing in the league this weekend.
Les Parisiens have been performing impressively in the Champions League this season. However, it’s the league where their most of the problems lie. The Paris-based giants have only been able to secure 4 points from their previous 4 games. The manager is
under increased pressure by the club-owners to come up with positive results, not only in the European competition, but also in the league.
Despite the recent string of poor results, the Italian tactician is optimistic regarding the future. The 53-year-old believes that if the Paris-based club is able to replicate their Champions League form in the league, then they surely can go back to winning
ways. The coach said:
"We're hoping to play the same match, with the same attitude, the same football and the same quality. But, above all, with the same spirit.”
The former AC Milan manager is looking forward to use the same ‘4-4-2’ formation that he had used in the Champions League encounter against the Portuguese outfit. The manager explained:
“The 4-4-2 brought some real quality to our play. It works well. It's possible we'll use it again on Saturday.”
Ancelotti acknowledges the fact that the les Parisiens are exhibiting lacklustre while performing in the Ligue 1. But the Italian tactician has emphasized on the fact that the French giants are perfectly on track towards their desired objectives. He explained:
“Our work hasn't been so good in Ligue 1. We're behind schedule and we need to make up lost ground quickly. We've achieved our first objective, which was reaching the knockout rounds. The second is to win the league."
The French outfit would be without Marco Verratti and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Motta-c34897 would be
available for rendering his services for Les Parisiens in the next game.
