Ancient Chinese atmospheric records or Sunspot cycle records info wanted?

I'm searching for more information of past climate change, those info that was written down for one reason or the other, perhaps as a result of agriculture needs in ancient China.

Can those people in position or experts in that area, particularly now live and work in China help release more information from those records.

I'm aware that tons of materials are store in Chinese museum volt (from old video), perhaps written in such older scripts dating back 1000's of years waiting to be sort out and translate.

Can those researchers do the translations in museum or academic release what you found?

Or anybody happens to know what official sites list that sort of information.

You can not infer global climate from reports of local conditions ...  see, for example,'Little Ice Age', when the River Thames UK froze over 1607- 1814, a period of 200 years and PLAINLY an indication of 'global cooling' .. no doubt if Governments at the time could have looked at the 'global temp. chart' they would have concluded, 'We are all going to freeze .. "OK, it will be necessary for each nation to start pumping CO2 into the atmosphere as fast as you can ... here are your Carbon Emissions Targets .. everyone who falls short of the required increase will have to pay fees to those who exceed manage to exceed their Target increase .. undeveloped countries will be exempt (even if that means the rest of us have to live under 1,000 foot snow drifts)"

The ONLY way to measure global climate is by Satellite .. and only recently have the instruments got accurate enough to give meaningful data (i.e. 0.1 degree margin of error). This means all 'global temprature' data before about 1970 is "reconstructed" data (i.e., at best, 'educated guess work'  .. )

PS I doubt that Chinese temp. measurements were accurate to within the required 0.1 degrees required anyway ..

PPS I will accept mankind is responsible for global waming (from about 1650 onwards) the minute the eco-nuts explain how mankind caused the global cooling (from 1000- 1650) ...
