  1. 1) The Goddess of Fertility was half-cow, half-woman

    2) Because a lot of the Gods choose to appear as half-animal, half-human

    3) By domestic, I;m assuming you mean as a pet, in that case would be cats and dogs like us now. Goats and cows were kept as livestock

    4) Because they belive that the Gods true form is that. For example Bastet the Goddess of Hearth was half cat, hal-woman, she was the most worshipped goddess next to Isis. And Anubis was half-dog, half-man.

    Hope that helps!

  2. 1) Cows were fertility and also motherhood (the milk)

    2) Gods were personifications of natural forces and animals were seen as part of the natural the Gods personified...plus it was to identify the God/Goddess's personality

    3) Cows, sheep, camels, cats, dogs, horses, and goats I believe

    4) The animal head was usually because the sculpture was supposed to have something to do with the Gods
