  1. Yogurt drizzled with honey and almonds.  That's simple, use those tiny mini cupcake foils.   Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt, a drop or so of Greek honey and an almond on top.  You'll be done in no time, you will have plenty of time to even have a couple shots of ouzo!  OPA!!

  2. You have to make 250+ bites in an hour?

    If you can do it, I need you to work in my market.

    I would just buy grape leaves and stuff them with rice, then squeeze fresh lemon on them( Dolma's).

    You can but 2 large cans in Costco for about 20 bucks and forget the labor because you can't stuff them in an hour.

    ( if you can, email me) ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good luck -:)

  3. Cookies with aniseed

    INGREDIENTS

        * 640 gr flour

        * 320 gr butter

        * 160 gr sugar

        * 1 egg yolk

        * 3 - 4 spoons aniseed

    METHOD

    Put the flour in a large bowl and mix well with the rest of the ingredients. Knead well to make a soft dough. Shape cookies as desired and bake on a buttered baking dish for 20 min in 350 F.
