    until the romans or greeak changed it to Lebanon..

  5. Lebanon by itself is an ancient name.. It's named many times in the Bible, referring to the famous cedars, and some of the  Jesus' miracles.

    But, I agree with Aussie...first was Phoenicia, and after that, part of Canaan
