my girl is in the Philippines and i want to be with her that is why i want to have my citizenship fixed already. i have been searching for answers on the net too and i found out that a fiancée visa is the most easiest and fastest way to have her come to the US right?

Yes.  But, you will have to prove financial responsibility for her and the fact that you two have carried on at least a two year relationship, and have met within that time frame.
