And he doesn't want to meet my parents...yet?

My boyfriend was freaking out the other day about meeting my parents... i don't know why it's such a big deal to him, but he was very uninterested in the fact that he might, whenever he dropped me off at my house. He explained that he wants to be "ready" to meet them, dressed nicely..etc. is that really why? are guys more nervous about meeting them because girls are a little more social and it's easy for us to commute with older people, people in general? does he just want to make a good first impression? I don't understand..

Meeting the parents can be a big deal, especially if he likes you a lot.  He wants to make a good impression.  Don't worry.  Help him out.  Tell him what will impress your parents and set his mind at ease.
