YOu are not supposed to continue questions you have already asked by re-posting...you are meant to ask a fresgh question every time or you will confuse those who did not see your previous question....and the people who answered your original may not even be online still...and you annoy people.


  2. Your question is not very well worded - but I will answer what I think you are asking.

    If one of the couple recieves child benefit (as all parents do) and the other half of the couple works full time - then in normal circumstances the family would not be entitled to DSS financial help, or housing or council tax benefit.

    The family should be in receipt of child tax credit and working tax credit, payable by HMRC Tax Credits - unless they earn a very high income.
